Request and Approval

To make the process easy to follow, start a request with the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. For damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing pieces, include clear photographs or video of the product and packaging.

In practical terms, do not mail anything before approval. Approved returns receive instructions; the free return shipping label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

Throughout the shopping process, returned goods are inspected. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 days after approval; the bank or card issuer may need additional posting time.

When help is required, approved exchanges follow the same eligibility and condition rules and depend on available stock.

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

To make the process easy to follow, we accept mailed returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective items when requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or selecting the wrong item.

In practical terms, eligible goods must be new, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by original packaging, labels, and included accessories. Damage, defects, incorrect items, missing pieces, or a material mismatch with the description may also be reported.
